What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, email, phone number, and anything you write when you submit a mortgage quote or a rental inquiry.
• Marketing attribution — the campaign, source, and page that referred you (UTM parameters and referrer), so we know which ads are working.
• Cookies & the Meta Pixel — if you accept, we load Meta's (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance. You can decline this without affecting your ability to contact us.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, follow up about a loan or a room, and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request that we delete it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of it (we don't sell it). To make a request, email us using the contact below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Retention

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to meet recordkeeping obligations, then delete them.
